Binh Thuan attracts many visitors to experience activities in August

In August, with many cultural, sports and tourism activities continuously organized, Binh Thuan tourism welcomed more than 925 thousand visitors to visit and experience the activities, an increase of 3.44%. compared to last month and increased by 12.26% over the same period last year.

According to a report from the Provincial Statistics Department, also in August, the number of international visitors to Binh Thuan was estimated at 28.6 thousand visitors, up 4.39% over the previous month, up 4.45% over the same period last year; Revenue from tourism activities in the month was estimated at 2,251.3 billion VND, up 3.53% over the previous month, up 6.96% over the same period last year. Thus, the total number of visitors to Binh Thuan in 8 months reached over 6.4 million, international visitors were estimated at over 263 thousand, of which a large proportion were visitors from Korea, China, Russia, Germany, England, America...; Revenue in the first 8 months of 2024 is estimated to reach over 16,287 billion VND.

Last month, Binh Thuan had many relatively bustling cultural and tourist activities, so the number of tourists from other provinces to Binh Thuan increased on all days of the week as well as on weekends. Besides, because it is still in the summer tourist season, along with many favorable factors such as weather and smooth roads, it also creates an additional plus point to attract many tourists. Travel activities, support activities, entertainment services, sightseeing services, food services and other services are always stable, continue to serve well and meet all sightseeing needs, entertainment for residents and tourists when coming to Binh Thuan.
