Members of the Organizing Committee, Appraisal Council, and Secretariat may submit works in response to the contest but may not participate in award consideration. Each author or group of authors may submit a maximum of 03 works.

In case the submitted work is found to violate the Intellectual Property Law, the Organizing Committee will not consider the prize or revoke the prize; At the same time, announce on the mass media. For works to be published in poetry, the author who wrote the lyrics (poetry) must agree to participate in the contest. In case the work has 02 or more authors (co-authors), the consent of all authors must be accepted. When a work wins an award, the co-authors (music and lyrics) agree on the award.
