In order to speed up the progress and create conditions for the guides to receive timely support, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism continues to notify tour operators, tourist sites and attractions. and tour guides support policy for tour guides with a support level of VND 3,710,000/person according to the payment method of one-time payment to employees.

Regarding the conditions of support for international/domestic tour guides, there is an international/domestic tour guide card in accordance with the Law on Tourism, which is still valid until the time of application; have a labor contract with a travel service business or a tour guide service provider or a member of a socio-professional organization in tourism. International/domestic tour guides have not yet enjoyed the support policies specified in Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg and local support policies in 2021. For on-site tour guides is to have a tour guide card at the point prescribed by the Law on Tourism, which is still valid until the time of application; assigned by an organization or individual to manage a tourist area or tourist spot. Tourist guides at the destination have not yet enjoyed the support policies specified in Decision No. 23/2021/QD-TTg and local support policies in 2021.

Regarding the application, the international/domestic tour guide has a request for support made according to Form No. 10 in the Appendix issued together with Regulation No. 23/2021/QD-TTg dated 07/07/2021 of the Government. The Prime Minister stipulates the implementation of a number of policies to support employees and employers facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic; A copy of one of the following documents: Labor contract with a travel service business or a tour guide service provider valid from January 1, 2020 to January 1, 2020. application submission point; Membership card of a social - professional organization on tour guide.
